Assets & plans

Everything in one place

Machines and vehicles (with licence plate and VIN) including their file, QR code and maintenance plans by time or operating hours. The app tells you what is due.

Faults & work orders

From breakdown to proof

Report faults, work through orders with mandatory check points, record spare-parts usage and create PDF service reports for complete, audit-ready documentation.

No cloud

Your data stays with you

No account with us, no third-party servers. Devices sync directly over your local network, signed and encrypted.

Modules

Only what you need

Work orders, the points system and the leaderboard are modules you can switch on and off. A small workshop can start lean with assets, maintenance plans and faults, then add what it needs later.

Onboarding? Schraubi takes care of it.

No training day, no manual, nobody has to sit next to the new colleague: Mendura brings its own trainer. Schraubi, the little gear mascot, guides every person through the app step by step, using real workflows instead of slides.

  • 9 chapters, separated by role: technicians learn reporting, servicing and completing work. Planners and administrators get their own chapters.
  • Hands-on exercises: report a fault, carry out a service, close a work order. Schraubi highlights exactly where to tap.
  • With comprehension checks: progress and completions are recorded per person, so the supervisor can see who is up to speed.

Points for completed work. Who is leading this week?

Maintenance people enjoy

Documentation is the chore everyone would rather leave until tomorrow. That is exactly where Mendura steps in: completed work earns points, and suddenly there is that little bit of ambition that sends you back to the machine after all. Everyone can see who is leading this week.

  • Points for real work: inspections, services, repairs and reported faults all count towards your score.
  • Ranks, not pressure: everyone works their way up from bronze at their own pace. The weekly score restarts from zero, so newcomers have a real shot at first place too.
  • The sporting side effect: once colleagues start overtaking each other, documentation suddenly happens voluntarily and properly. Which is exactly what a maintenance history needs to be worth anything when it counts.
  • Entirely optional: points and the leaderboard are a module and can be switched off in the admin settings at any time. Mendura then carries on plainly, without points or medals.

Frequently asked

Answered briefly

Does Mendura really work without an internet connection?
Yes. Every function runs offline on the device. Multiple devices sync directly over your local Wi-Fi, signed and encrypted. There is no cloud and there are no servers on our side.
What does Mendura CMMS cost?
€19.99 per month or €199 per year, per company. You can try everything free of charge for 30 days first.
How many devices and employees can I use?
As many as you like. One licence covers the whole company, all devices included. There is no per-seat pricing.
Can I manage vehicles such as forklifts?
Yes. Vehicles are kept with licence plate and VIN, and maintenance plans can run by time, operating hours or mileage.
Where is my data stored?
Exclusively on your own devices. There is no account with us and no transfer to third parties. You create backups yourself and can encrypt them with AES-256.
How much effort is it to roll out across the team?
Onboarding is handled by the built-in Schraubi training: 9 chapters with hands-on exercises, separated by role, with progress tracked per person. A separate training day is usually not necessary.
Which businesses is Mendura made for?
Small and medium-sized businesses: machining, metalwork, plastics, workshops, training centres, facility management and vehicle fleets. Anywhere paper or spreadsheets still run maintenance today.
